Welcome to WINformation.us!  This is the website of D. Ceabron Williams, M.L. and WINformation Services.  I am a public librarian with experience in Children's, Reference, Technical and Technology Services.  In addition, I have served as adjunct faculty for graduate-level courses in library and information science as well as provide consulting services.  I have experience with Microsoft Windows and Novell networking as well as the LINUX operating system and a wide variety of application software packages.

I am currently employed as Head of Information Technology Services by the Flint River Regional Library System in Griffin, GA.
